How much does it cost to use ezebee.com?
Buyers use ezebee.com completely free of charge. Sellers can register for free on ezebee.com and create a page with their own products. If you want to publish these products on ezebee.com, the monthly fee is 4.90 € (Premium Package).
There are no other fees nor sales provisions. If you want to promote some of your products on ezebee.com (“Boost” or “Boost to Startpage” functions) to gain more visibility, additionaly you can use our paid promotional tools.
Questions concerning your page
A page is like your own personal website containing your shop. In your page, you can display your offers and sell them instantly worldwide.
You can open as many pages as you like. Opening multiple pages can be useful to manage multiple brands or multiple languages for one brand.
Yes. You have to open a page and get a Premium Package (4,90 € monthly) to publish and sell your offers on our ezebee.com marketplace. No further costs, no sales provision.
Yes you can! Many members tend to open multiple pages in different languages to attract more customers. We also have an implemented translation tool so your content can be read in every language all over the world.
We developed an algorithm to give trustworthy and high quality products a better ranking.
You can influence your rank by referring to external links like your blog, your Facebook page or your Etsy shop. It is also important to deliver good and high quality content, to answer as soon as possible to your messages and to take care of you page in general.
You also can improve your rank by boosting your page.

On ezebee.com you are NOT required to put any kind of legal information. The contract between you and your customer is not made on the platform but by communicating between one another. If required in your country, you can send all legal information directly to the buyer. (For example as an attachment in your chat.)
Members can set their pages to ‘paused’, which will remove the offers of that page from our marketplace.
You can cancel your page on ezebee.com any time you want and it will be closed immediately. We will send a notification to your past customers about the closure of your page and keep your basic contact and purchase data stored for 6 months.
We reserve the right to delete accounts without prior notice or explanation for any of the ’causes of deletion’ below:
- Repeated or heavy spamming
- Posting illegal, insulting, harassing, fake or counterfeited content
- Linking to illegal, racist, insulting, harassing, fake or counterfeited-related content
- Creation of multiple accounts and listings

You can upload as many offers as you like. There are no limits on ezebee.com.
If you already have your own online shop or you’re selling on another marketplace, you just have to copy the product-URL to ezebee.com and that’s it! You are now able to import that particular offer, and all other offers to ezebee.com!
If you are selling on another marketplace and also want to sell on ezebee.com you might be afraid to lose the ratings you already acquired. Don’t be afraid, you wont loose them! We are not only copying your offer, but also the reviews and ratings. A good rating on another platform makes the vendor even more trustworthy on ezebee.com!
No, as long as you decide to keep your listings active, they will always be available to purchase from your shop.
We recommend to include applicable taxes in the price as this is obligatory in some countries and more user friendly. We also recommend to display some information about shipping options and prices in the product description. But again: ezebee.com is communications based. The final price and shipping options are to be discussed directly with the vendor.
Questions about Payment
ezebee.com is communication based. Once a buyer wants to purchase something from a member, they can simply send a message along with any additional questions they may have.
Vendors can then freely arrange shipping and payment directly with the buyer.
We developed an algorithm to show the more trustworthy offers first, in the ezebee.com marketplace.
In case of misconduct, we recommend every member to report a page or member. We keep and execute the right to delete pages and profiles if necessary.
We recommend using only secure payment methods with buyer protection (such as PayPal).
Keep in mind, ezebee.com is all about communication! You are not buying directly on the platform, but from a small business owner with whom you agreed to their terms and conditions!

These Terms and Conditions regulate the contractual relationship between ezebee AG and the user. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, ezebee.com has developed the Rules of Conduct (www.ezebee.com/rules-of-conduct), which are part of the Terms and Conditions. By registering, the user accepts to follow both the Terms and Conditions and Rules of Conduct.
ezebee.com basically provides two functions:
a) ezebee.com provides a platform for sellers/vendors, under which the user can register (Profile), open a hosted online store (page), and add offers.
b) On the other hand, ezebee.com is an information platform that includes data from registered users, stores, and offers. The platform can also be used on a limited basis without registering.
The principal use of ezebee.com is free. Although ezebee.com provides additional services that can be purchased to expand the visibility of offer listings and pages, they are not essential to the functions of ezebee.com.
The user agrees that ezebee.com cannot technically guarantee continuous service at all times. Nonetheless, ezebee AG strives to keep access to the site uninterrupted. In particular maintenance, security or capacity issues, or other incidents that stay outside ezebee AG’s control (such as disruptions in public communication networks, power failures…) can lead to short-term interferences or temporary service shut down of the ezebee websites.
ezebee AG solely provides the technical infrastructure to organize the contact between the users and therefore offers only those technical applications that enable the users the presentation of personal profiles, business information and offers/services or users’ contact data recording among them. ezebee AG does not participate in the communication between users with respect to the content. If the users conclude agreements on any ezebee page, ezebee AG is not involved in these matters and shall not therefore be considered a party to any such agreement. The users are responsible for the development and fulfilment of the agreements concluded between them. ezebee AG shall not be liable for any breaches of obligations of users arising from the agreements concluded between them.
In order to use the platform for purchasing or information purposes, it is necessary to be registered. During the short registration process, it is required to enter your name and email address along with your personal password. ezebee AG is responsible for keeping the password confidential and not to disclose it to any third parties. It is technically impossible to determine the accuracy of the users’ data input. Therefore no liability for the correctness of users’ names or identities is assumed.
The user agrees to never abuse the platform for any illegal or unethical purposes.

Use of Data
The user is not required to enter any other information than registration data to the platform. All information related to users’ profiles, offers, or businesses is provided on a voluntary basis. This data is visible to all users. It is possible, within the scope of private settings, to limit certain data visibility.
ezebee AG provides the users with the free space on its servers for their data allocation on ezebee pages. A legal claim to this storage location does not exist.
Sensitive data, like bank account or credit card data information, will neither be requested nor stored by ezebee AG. Therefore, ezebee pages will be less susceptible to outside attacks.
ezebee AG ensures to comply with all data protection requirements under law and will not disclose or communicate any personal related data without authorization to any third party.

Regulations for Paid Contents
On ezebee.com it is possible to book additional paid services, in particular, marketing tools and management Apps. The services can either be singular or recurrent. In addition, gift vouchers can be purchased (EZB Coins).
By booking paid services the user acknowledges that the services are purchased for business activities. The user is responsible for proving on request the entrepreneurial credentials with suitable documents (VAT ID number, business registration, etc.)
The services, prices, and descriptions apply as those published on ezebee.com on the date of formation of the contract/service booking.
All recurrent paid services are subject to a notice period of 14 days before the end of the month.
Users can purchase vouchers from our credit system (EZB Coins). 1 EZB Coin equals 1 USD in value and is converted to the users currency based on that value. EZB Cons can be purchased via PayPal or credit card.
Received EZB Coin vouchers can be sold back to ezebee AG with a handling fee of 10 % of the value requested.
EZB Coins can not be refunded in cash or currency. In case of a reimbursement, the EZB Coin vouchers are reaccredited to the users wallet and can be spent within the platform.
ezebee AG reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without giving reasons, unless an amendment is unreasonable for the user. ezebee AG shall give due notice of any amendments of these terms to the user. If the user does not object to the applicability of the revised terms within six weeks after receipt of mentioned notice, the amended terms shall be deemed to be accepted by the user.
If any provision of these terms is, for any reason, invalid and/or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
The place of performance under these terms and the place of jurisdiction shall be ezebee AG’s main place of business.
These terms and the contractual relationship shall be governed by Swiss Law, excluding international private law.
The text of these Terms and Conditions is a translation from the German language, only. In case of doubt, the German version applies. The contractual language is German.
Rules of Conduct
ezebee.com is free to everyone and made to help small companies, creative people and creators self-market their goods. It is not designed for spamming, link building, SEO or other purposes not related to this goal. We want a quality platform and quality offers. We will, without notification, delete pages, offers, Comments, Posts or Profiles that contain:
Obvioulsy false or misleading information, names or offer descriptions
Any content that may be considered spam or marketing not associated with ezebee.com or with members’ pages or offers
Links to pages not related to the content, offers or that are posted for marketing reasons (link spamming).
Any content that contains anything not related to the purpose of ezebee.com
Any discriminating, political, racial, sexual or insulting content
Any content we may find to be in violation of laws and copyright
We also reserve the right to block members permanently and to register his or her IP adress for blocking purposes. Please respect our rules on ezebee.com and have a great experience here!
ezebee.com is a free platform that, to a large degree can be used without registering.
Data of non-registered users
You may visit and use ezebee.com for searching offers, users, and shops, without providing us with any personal related information or logging in. If you access our website, certain data (e.g. IP address) or usage related information is automatically generated using technical means to allow you to view the relevant content. This data will be stored and used by us, to obtain technical or statistical information required for troubleshooting or improving the website.
Data of registered users
In order to be able to use all functions on ezebee.com, the user needs to be logged in.
When you register, we ask for basic data (first and last name, e-mail address, and password). We will not require you to enter more information; in particular we will not ask you for any payment details or bank account information.
All user content and activities (like, unlike, buy, sell) are stored on our servers.
Furthermore, registered members are free to supply additional, optional information (e.g. page description, profile information, offers photos, date of birth, etc.). Please note that the additional information which you provide in your profile under “Info” is visible to other members and visitors to the site. You may update or remove your optional information at any time.
All information, which you provide in order to promote your goods or services, is visible to other members and visitors to the site.
